Harley-Davidson touring possible alternative sites

Harley-Davidson is considering moving out of Pennsylvania. Tennessee is a Right to Work state and Right to Work states have a much better climate to conduct business. Kentucky’s corporate tax rate is about 1/2 on PA. Its no wonder they are looking elsewhere. Caterpillar and Mack trucks relocated outside PA. PA needs Right to Work legislation to keep and attract business.
