1. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of a Right to Work law to provide individual freedom of choice to all Pennsylvania private sector and government employees?
2. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor, work, and vote for the repeal of “agency shop” over teachers, state employees, and local government employees to restore freedom of choice to our government employees?
3. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of “local option” proposals which would allow local government officials to decide whether to apply the prevailing wage or to exempt construction in order to provide more jobs for local, minority, and non-union employees and firms often shut out under current law?
4. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of a school choice law that would allow state and local funding to follow each student and return school policy decisions to taxpayers and local school governing officials?
5. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of a worker paycheck protection law, which would give individuals the right to decide whether or not to support the union’s political or ideological spending?
6. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of a law to prohibit public entities from including in project bid specifications the requirement that a contractor enter into a PLA with one or more labor organizations when the project is paid for with tax dollars?
7. As a state legislator, will you co-sponsor and work for passage of a "Strike-Free Education Act" legislative initiative?
